Gary Rasmussen - CEO of Global Entertainment Holdings

Mr. Rasmussen has an extensive background spanning over 35 years as an entrepreneur with vast experience in all phases of business development, having been a founder, chief executive officer or director of several publicly-held corporations in the areas of entertainment, cable television, investment banking, mortgage banking and motion pictures. He has extensive experience in raising debt and equity capital for both public and private enterprises, implementing short and long term business planning and strategic concepts, acquisitions and divestitures, and has played a leading role in spearheading several publicly held corporations from their inception through the capital raising stages.

Jackelyn Giroux - Founder of Global Universal Pictures

Ms. Giroux is the former President of the publicly-traded telecom company, engaged in Voice over Internet. Previously, Jackie Giroux produced over twenty films in the United States and Canada, where she assisted in Co-Production film financing and production under the Co Production Treaty between Canada and Europe. Most recently she acquired roughly twenty million dollars worth of Pre Certification Tax Certificates from the State of Louisiana, which she is presently using to negotiate a line of credit with a Baton Rouge bank via a Certificate of Deposit that is not pledged as collateral. Ms. Giroux is focused on producing high quality films, leveraging Tax Credits and Distribution Guarantees and Incentives designed to minimize investor risk.

Alan Bailey – CFO of Global Entertainment Holdings

Alan Bailey is a finance veteran in the entertainment industry having served as a Senior Financial Executive of Paramount Pictures for 35 years, including being its Treasurer.

He has substantial experience in cash management, financial reporting, audit and compliance and financial planning, and is considered to be one of the industry’s leading experts in maximizing both domestic and international production incentives. He is the CFO to several publicly traded companies as well as being the owner and operator of the Movieville International Film Festival, and executive produces lower budget/high quality motion pictures and made-for-TV movies.

Peter Liapis - Film Project Development & Producer for Global Universal Film Group

Peter Liapis, Film Project Development & Producer/Director for Global Universal Film Group, Inc., has been active in the film industry for over 35 years. His areas of accomplishments include all facets of motion picture production, including acting, script writing, directing and executive management of Allied Artists Pictures, a major film production company. He has developed a close and productive working relationship with many well-established independent film and distribution companies in the Hollywood community. 

Nicholas S. Godin
Nicholas S. Godin - Digital Media Advisor

Nick Godin is our newest member of the Global team and will oversee the development and initial launch of You’ve Got the Part, as well as other digital endeavors of Global Entertainment Holdings and our subsidiary companies. As an entrepreneur, Nick built and launched his first tech company, Blirp It (Bus Line Information Retrieval Program), while he was a senior at the University of Vermont. Nick created Blirp It as an online platform to predict arrival times of buses on campus. Blirip It expanded to 8 additional schools before rolling up into a larger service provider. In 2011, after receiving his B.S. degree from UVM, Nick moved to LA to pursue a promising technology venture. He work there entailed various mobile and web-based projects, such as and PollPals. His primary responsibilities were UI/UX architecture, user data analysis, and investor relations.

In 2013, Nick became an equity partner in a full-service creative agency called White Rabbit, which specialized in designing private label software for clients like Beats by Dre, Adidas, Major League Baseball. Nick Godin lead the business development which produced and launched over 100 IT projects in just 2 years; most notably, GhostTunes, CurbStand, and Coordinates Collection. White Rabbit also served several Family Offices, as well as fortune 500 companies, angel investors, and social media influencers. After White Rabbit was acquired in 2016, Nick Godin, along with some of his associates, commenced working with Vander Group, a leading global eCommerce solutions provider that combines digital strategy, data-driven design, development, optimization, logistics, and customer support to help their client brands gain market momentum.

Mollie Ann Holt
Mollie Ann Holt – Social Media Correspondent; You’ve Got the Part

Ms. Mollie Ann Holt has been active in the film production industry for over 18 years. She has developed a close and productive working relationship with many well-established organizations in multiple industries, worked closely with Texas and California attorneys, and established her Texas talent agency back in 2010. She holds Masters degree in business administration and a bachelor degree in business and marketing with University of Phoenix.

Stanley Weiner

Stanley Weiner - Director of Global Entertainment Holdings

Mr. Weiner has more than 35 years experience creating and running a multitude of different businesses. Mr. Weiner was the founding officer of Gemini Financial Corporation, a NASD Broker / Dealer from 1970 through 1975, was President of APA, Real Estate Syndication Company from 1975 through 1978, was Managing Partner of Agri-World Partnership from 1978 through 1983 - an agricultural project syndication company with offices throughout Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Weiner was a Founding Officer / President of Regent Properties from 1985 through 1990, and Chief Executive Officer of Wise Industries from 1990 through 1993 - a company specializing in pollution control devices. He has served as Vice President of Finance for Global Entertainment Holdings since December 2000 and been a Director of the Company since October 2003. Mr. Weiner received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Psychology and Economics from California State University at Long Beach in 1966. Mr. Weiner has in the past held a National Association of Securities Dealers Principals license and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Mr. Weiner is not an officer or director of any other reporting company.   

Terry Gabby
Terry Gabby - Controller of Global Entertainment Holdings

Mr. Gabby has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company since July 1, 2005 (prior to the change in control and name change to Global Entertainment Holdings). Mr. Gabby has over 30 years’ experience in executive management, auditing and finance. As the senior auditor for a regional audit firm, Seidman & Seidman CPA's, he was the senior in charge of audits for several publicly held companies in the casino and manufacturing industries. The past seven years, Mr. Gabby has held the executive positions of Chief Financial Officer and Controller for several large tribal gaming enterprises located in several state jurisdictions. Mr. Gabby earned his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas College of Business Administration in 1973.

Virginia Perfili - Director of Global Entertainment Holdings

As a writer, director, and producer of several feature-length films, many music videos, and a TV show pilot, Ms. Perfili has been in the entertainment industry for the past 25 years. In 1984, she co-founded and served as President of Orphan, Inc., a publicly held, entertainment company that started as a small Detroit-based, independent record label. In 1990 her Company joined forces with Gary Rasmussen (currently CEO of Global Entertainment Holdings) and together they produced, “Mirror Mirror” and “Mirror Mirror 2: Raven Dance. Both films enjoyed theatrical, cable, Pay-Per-View, TV broadcast, VHS, DVD, and Laser Disc releases. In 1995, Ms. Perfili directed Mirror, Mirror III: The Voyeur and from 2000 through to the present she has been actively involved as a producer and consultant in the entertainment industry. In 2006 she organized Freelance Filmworks, LLC., and served as Executive Producer of its current feature film, tentatively entitled "ROUNDS”, which is presently in post production.
